Ensure your attendees waste no time getting to your event. The map feature allows your attendees to navigate to the event venue directly from the app. Your can add as many locations as you need like your venue, hotels, restaurants, etc. 

Indoor floor plans are also available for viewing.

Managing maps and floor plans on your event dashboard

To add locations to your map follow these instructions:

1. Go to your ‘Maps’ feature on your event dashboard
2. Click on the ‘plus’ button to add more maps
3. Enter the location address
4. Enter room name or number (optional)
5. Click on the ‘Save’ button to add your map

To add indoor maps follow these instructions:

1. Go to your ‘Maps’ feature on your event dashboard
2. Click on the ‘plus’ button to add indoor map
3. Enter the Title
4. Enter the Location
5. Choose image/floor plan. We only accept GIF, JPEG, PNG and PDF formats.
6. Click on the ‘Save’ button to add your indoor map
