Managing messages on your dashboard
Messages can be pre-loaded before the event and only send them as scheduled.
- Go to your Dashboard (https://app.hellocrowd.net/) and select your event.
- Select the ‘Interactivity’ tab and select 'Messages'.
- Select the ‘Add’ button on the right side of the screen.
- Enter the message you’d like to send.
- Send message now or schedule: You have the option to send the message now or schedule it for a time in the future.
