Push notifications enables you to send announcements and keep attendees up to date with your latest information. 

Managing messages on your dashboard

Messages can be pre-loaded before the event and only send them as scheduled. 

  1. Go to your Dashboard (https://app.hellocrowd.net/) and select your event.
  2. Select the ‘Interactivity’ tab and select 'Messages'.
  3. Select the ‘Add’ button on the right side of the screen.
  4. Enter the message you’d like to send.
  5. Send message now or schedule: You have the option to send the message now or schedule it for a time in the future.
