Attendees can book an optional session from inside the app or event organisers can pre-book optional sessions for attendees directly from the dashboard.
Optional sessions will be used for booked sessions and attendance capacity can also be included. Capacity is to limit the attendance for each session. Event organisers need to import the attendees into the attendee list first, then they can add the attendees to a specific sessions.
When sessions has been pre-booked from the dashboard, the sessions will be allocated in each attendee’s agenda (My Agenda) inside their app.
Event organisers can remove the 'Book Now' button for optional sessions from the dashboard. From the Agenda feature turn session selection off and upload the attendees names at the booked sessions from the backend. This way the sessions will be prebooked for the attendees.
Steps to assign pre-booked sessions
1. Go to the agenda and click on ‘Add’
2. Select the ‘Import Booked Sessions’
3. Export the Booked sessions template
4. Complete the template by adding a ‘Y’ or ‘Yes’ for the attendee’s booked sessions

5. Save the completed template
6. Import the template
